A group fitness class for teens from 12 to 17
years old. An introduction to safe and effective strength training
methods that will improve muscular and skeletal strength to enhance
performace in both recreational and sport activities. A Certified
Trainer will work to introduce youth to cardiovascular and
strength exercises. This is the only time youthcan be in the Fitness
Zone without a parent/guardian.
