    Advanced choreography with quick transitions performed on a step platform
    Once you know the moves you will have a BLAST!
    Boxing (Ages 16 & up)

    A great introduction to the world of boxing. Build muscle, speed and endurance through dicipline with this custom tailored program.

    Cardio Blitz
    A great cardiovascular workout that provides less impact on ankles, knees, the back and hips. A great class for all fitness levels!
    Cardio Dance
    A cardiovascular workout with dance based choreography & themes.
    Country line Dancing (Ages 16 & up)

    Thursdays 6 - 8 pm

    Cycling
    Instructer will challenge you through hills, valleys and races.
     Work at your own level.
    Group cycling provides a safe and effective cardiovascular workout.
    Class size is limited - first come first served!
    Dancerobics
    Enjoy a fun & creative class with a dance flair.
    This is a great workout for all fitness levels!
    Double Step
    Advanced step choreography using two step platforms.
    Participants must be comfortable with step choreography.

    This gliding portion of the class is a unique body toning that turns traditional exercises into smooth, consistant and flowing patterns.

    Kick Box
    Do this class at your own fitness level. Can be modified to a low impact workout.
    45 minutes of Kickboxing and 15 minutes of sculpting at the end.
    Lite 20/20/20

    Fun & challenging class that combines body sculpting, step and Hi/Low impact aerobics.

    Class Times:   Fee To members $10.00/ class non-members
    Tues/Thurs @ 7:00 am                              

    Pilates
    Feel invigorated and refreshed after this amazing core body workout.
    Class may incude both mat or ball exercises.
    Step & Pump
    A step aerobic class with intervals of body sculpting using free weights.
    Stretch
    Ballet dancers know the importance of long lean muscles.
    This class will stretch your kinks out using Active-Isolated stretch methods.

    Teen Fitness Challenge

    A group fitness class for teens from 12 to 17 years old. An introduction to safe and effective strength training methods that will improve muscular and skeletal strength to enhance performace in both recreational and sport activities. A Certified Trainer will work to introduce youth to cardiovascular and strength exercises. This is the only time youthcan be in the Fitness Zone without a parent/guardian.

    Class Times:     Winter I: January 11 - February 22, 2008
                            Winter II: February 29 - April 11, 2008

    Fees:     Members: Free
                    Non-members: $10/class or $70/session

    Toss
    Total Body Strength & Stability - this class will emphasize proper body mechanics while strengthening the entire body. A sculpt class with a core body emphasis. You never know what the instructor will TOSS at you!
    Zumba
    A fusion of Latin & International music-dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting effective fitness system.
    There is a seperate fee for this class.
