    Hours of Operation
    Sept. 6  through May 24th:
    Mon. to Fri: 5:30 am - 9:30 pm
    Saturday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
    Sunday:   9:00 am -6:00 pm

    May 24th through Sept. 6th:
    Mon. to Fri: 5:30 am - 9:00 pm Saturday: 7:00 am - 7:00pm      Sundays: 9:00am - 3:00pm    

     Holidays which we are closed:
    Memorial day, 4th of July and Labor Day. The last week in August the facility will be closed for painting, cleaning and repairs. Thanksgiving Day, 
    Christmas Day, New Years Day

    Dutchess County YMCA Synchro-Cranes Synchronized Swim Team.  The swimmers competed in their first meet of the season this past weekend and did very well.  Our team is the only synchronized swimming team in the Hudson Valley.  The next closest teams are New Canaan, CT and Albany.  The Intermediate swimmers will be competing in 3 more competitions this year and the novices will be swimming in 1 more meet.  The Dutchess County YMCA Synchro Cranes will be hosting the Region B meet here in Poughkeepsie on May 17th and 18th.
