    5K Bridge Run & Kids Race
    The Bridge Run will be held on May 3rd, 2008. More details to come!

    What a healthy, fun and exciting way for you and your family to enjoy the scenic Hudson River. All ages and experience levels are welcome. The 5K course winds its way across the Mid-Hudson Bridge, onto the streets of downtown Poughkeepsie and then finishes behind the YMCA facility. The Bridge Run will finish off with our Kids Race, refreshments and an awards ceremony.

    Kids Expo

    Kids Expo '08 will be held on April 5th - 6th

    This two day event brings in over 20,000 people and the Dutchess County YMCA has participated in the Kids Expo every year. The YMCA is one of the sites in Downtown Poughkeepsie that will have many different activities which will be fun for the entire family! Come join in the fun!
